A private social network for workplace organizing. Share posts, run polls, and build solidarity—all anonymously—to win your union.

Your private social network evolves as your movement grows
Your own social feed for coworkers—post updates, share experiences, run polls, and message each other. Everyone uses display names, so no one sees your real identity.
When you're ready, digitally sign authorization cards. Track your progress toward an election with real-time dashboards.
Once you've won your union, public feeds and messaging unlock. Celebrate openly, share victories, and grow your community.
Forming a union in the U.S. is protected by federal law. Here's how the process works under the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Workers sign cards indicating interest in union representation. These are legally protected and confidential.
Once 30% of workers sign cards, you can petition the NLRB for an election. Most organizers aim for 60–70% for a stronger position.
The NLRB conducts a secret-ballot election. If a majority vote "yes," the union is certified as your official representative.
After certification, your employer is legally required to bargain in good faith for wages, benefits, and working conditions.

Yes. During the organizing phase, every member uses a display name—your real name is never shown to other members. Your employer cannot see who is on the platform. Only after your union is officially certified and you choose to go public does your identity become visible.
If your workplace is part of an existing union partnership, Uniform is completely free for members—the union covers the cost. If you're self-organizing, it's just $1/month per person. There are no hidden fees, no contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
No problem! During signup, if you search for your company and it's not found, you can create it in seconds. Just enter the company name and location, and your private community will be set up instantly.
No. Uniform is designed with privacy at its core. Your employer has no way to access the platform, see who has signed up, or view any activity. Your identity is protected by anonymous display names and strict access controls.
A union authorization card is a legal document where you express interest in being represented by a union. On Uniform, you can sign these digitally. Once at least 30% of workers sign cards, you can petition the NLRB for an election—though most organizers aim for 60–70% support first.
Uniform is currently available on iOS via the App Store, with Android coming soon. You can also access Uniform through the web at any time.
Once you're signed up, you can share your organization's unique invite link directly from the app. Your coworkers can sign up using that link and they'll be automatically connected to your workplace community.
Congratulations! Once your union is certified, Uniform transitions your community from anonymous mode to public mode. You'll unlock public social feeds, open messaging, event coordination, and more—giving your union a permanent home for communication and organizing.
